About TC & The Alley Cats

TC & The Alley Cats are a male/female fronted four-piece pop/rock covers band comprising guitar/lead vocals, keyboards/lead vocals, bass/lead vocals and drums. These are all highly experienced musicians, who have already worked in a number of other leading function bands including Topcat, one of Function Junction’s most successful acts. Realising that there was a meeting of musical minds, this new band was formed, and after huge success on the venue circuit, TC & The Alley Cats have been taking function and wedding bookings since 2010.

With a repertoire ranging from classics such as Summer Of 69 and Sweet Child Of Mine to modern hits from The Killers, Kings of Leon, Lady Gaga and The Black Eyed Peas this band really know how to get an audience up and rocking!

Lead vocalists Andy and Samantha were in ‘The Vipers’ - one of Australia’s top covers acts - racking up hundreds of gigs (including Sydney Opera House) before making the UK their base. Andy has many years of session and television experience from his native Sydney, including ‘Neighbours’ and ‘Home and Away’. Further lead vocals are supplied from rock steady bass man James Cook. Members of the band have played all over the world in such diverse locations as Cyprus, Kosovo, Qatar, Oman, Venezuela, The Falkland Islands and Afghanistan.

The band can provide background music on CD and they also have their own high quality PA and lighting. The band usually perform for three 40-minute sets.

Suzanne Dixey - wedding reception - London - July 2012

"The band were brilliant. They started with Valerie and the dance floor was filled in seconds. All the songs were great and professionally delivered. One of the main reasons for choosing TC and The AlleyCats from the excellent bands from Function Junction was because of the female singer whose voice added that extra something. They also came highly recommended from another family in the village!"
Sue Prior - daughter's wedding reception - Hertfordshire - May 2012
