Established six years ago, Clear Cut are an experienced professional function band fronted by a dynamic female vocalist with an exceptional voice. Their extensive repertoire spans four decades of classic rock and pop, which combined with their superb presentation adds up to top quality dance music for receptions and parties.
Clear Cut’s female lead singer is backed by three highly skilled musicians on guitar, bass, and drums, who also provide lead and backing vocals. These musicians have gained a wealth of experience over the years. Between them and as Clear Cut, they’ve supported bands such as Level 42, Edwin Starr, Suzi Quattro and Wilko Johnstone and performed at many venues including the Marquee Club, the Southampton Guildhall, the London Astoria and the Mean Fiddler.
As well as public appearances, Clear Cut are a popular choice for private and corporate parties of all kinds. Recent corporate clients include Southampton University, AON Risk Assessment, Abbey National, the BT Round the World Global Challenge and the Volvo Ocean Race. The band have played at numerous weddings and private celebrations of all kinds at leading venues including the Whitbread Brewery, Barbican; Luton Hoo; Brands Hatch hotel; The Grosvenor House Hotel; Highclere Castle; Tewin Bury Farm, Hertfordshire; and The Royal Bath Hotel, Bournemouth.
Clear Cut generally play two one-hour or three 40 minute sets, but times can be altered to suit the function. They have a professional PA and lighting system and provide background music before, in between breaks and after the performance has finished at no extra charge.
