Vocalist Deborah has appeared on ITV’s Stars In Their Eyes, impersonating K D Lang. She impressed the producers so much that she was invited to appear in their Christmas special, dueting with Andy Bell of Erasure. Guitarist Nigel, described by Classic Rock magazine as an ‘undiscovered genius’, has a fantastic ability to recreate original sounds and has also played on countless recording sessions, including Joe Cocker’s album ‘Across From Midnight’, and recently toured with Elkie Brooks. Bass Player Nathan is as incredibly talented as his famous brother (Level 42's Mark King), and adds another dimension to the band with his strong backing vocals. He regularly plays in and tours with his brother's latest venture.

Keyboard Player Jem’s superb skills make him a much sought after musician and he has played and toured with many names, including the legendary Rolf Harris, FM and UFO. Drummer Paul has played with many great musicians over the years, and has a natural sense of rhythm that is a solid foundation for the band. His biggest claim to fame is performing on footballer and Hollywood superstar Vinnie Jones' single.

Shine have played at numerous weddings and other private and corporate functions. The band usually play for two hours divided into two or three sets. They can play background music on CD through their professional sound system before and between their sets if required, and also bring their own lighting rig.
