Fuze are a fantastically funky, groovy, dancey, soully, bubbly pop band, fizzing with energy and guaranteed to get young and old alike up on the dance floor. The band’s youthful outlook belies their huge musical talent and experience. Between them members of Fuze have worked at top venues ranging from Wembley Arena to the London Palladium with some of the biggest names in the business: Elvis Costello, Chad Smith (Red Hot Chilli Peppers), Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin), Brian May (Queen), Busted, Level 42, Spencer Davis Group, Del Amitri, Jamiroquai, Susi Quattro, Tom Jones, Shalimar, George McCrae, The Real Thing, Junior Walker & The All-Stars, Dave Glass (Natasha Bedingfield), Paul Geary (George Michael, Jools Holland), Jimmy Ruffin, Ben E King, Martha Reeves & The Vandellas, Rose Royce, Edwin Starr, Boney M, Sister Sledge and the producers of David Bowie and Duran Duran.
The band’s wide repertoire includes the irrepressible grooves of 70s funk and disco classics, always a favourite party flavour. Add to this Motown smashes from the 60s, the best of 80s and 90s pop, right through to current hits, and your guests will dance all night long. Our quoted price is for the band’s usual six-piece line-up - as featured on their demo tracks – consisting of keyboards, bass, drums, guitar and two female vocalists.
Fuze have their own PA system and lighting rig and normally play three 40-minute sets or two one-hour sets. Like nearly all our bands, Fuze can also provide pre-recorded music during their breaks and after the performance has finished at no extra charge.
