The Professionals are a superior party band playing a very wide range of hits from the 50s to the 2000s and covering all kinds of music from rock and pop through to soul and funk. Between them, the band members have played at such prestigious venues as the O2 arena, Royal Albert Hall and Shepherds Bush Empire as well as working with artists such as Bon Jovi, Steve Harley and James Bourne (Busted). Their five-piece line up consists of male lead vocals, keyboards/vocals, bass/vocals, guitar/vocals and drums/vocals.
They were one of only 10 runners-up in the Yamaha sponsored “Best New Band” contest which attracted over 2,000 entries, and they frequently top the bill at some of London’s leading live venues. They have also performed at numerous wedding receptions, private parties and corporate events.
The band bring their own full PA and lighting system and can play recorded music through their sound system during breaks. The Professionals usually perform for two hours, which can be divided into two or three sets.
